This renovation responded to the needs of growing children and a special collection. The family room was renovated to include a study desk for the two students which extended the length of the room. More comfortable seating was included in front of the media center. French doors were added which opened to the outdoor patio. An enormous fireplace in the middle of the house was removed, giving more room to the family room and a new fireplace was designed for the living room. The kitchen was redesigned and included a shelf above to display the owner's collection of over 80 tea pots. The dining room was given an extension by adding a bay window to the front of the house. All the tea pots can be seem and the chiildren have plenty of room to study.
