- A singly family home was renovated to connect the new dining room to the garden at the back of the house. It had previously been blocked by a shed which stood over the stair to the basement. The shed was removed and a ship's trap door in the dining room floor allowed the dining room to extend and open to the garden beyond.
- All the cabinets were custom designed and the breakfront opens between the dining room and kitchen to allow pass through.
